摘要
根据连通器原理,设计并制作了一款可循环注墨中性笔。详细阐述了中性笔的工作原理、基本参数及其结构组成,简述了其循环注墨系统组成及其循环注墨方式;运用Pro/E5.0软件进行三维数字化设计,并完成实物制作。通过与某著名品牌中性笔的使用情况对比,设计的可循环注墨中性笔具有较好的书写效果和可循环使用特性。
Based on the principle of the connectors, it develops the recycled ink pen. It shows the detail such as working principle, structure parameter and composing parts, filling ink circulation system composition and its circluation way of filling ink. It establishes the model of the recycled ink pen in Pro/E5.0 software and completes the physical production. Comparing the recycled ink pen with a famous brand ink pen, this design has good characteristics for writing effect and recycling use.
