富水厚砂层引孔旋喷施工技术研究

摘要 本文以萝岗新城外环路(11#路-开创大道)道路及市政工程(第一标段)施工总承包项目高压旋喷桩在富水厚砂层中的施工难题作为研究对象,针对传统高压旋喷桩施工工艺在富水厚砂层中易出现塌孔埋钻、钻杆无法自然下钻、喷嘴堵塞、成桩质量较差等问题,提出了富水厚密实砂层高压旋喷桩引孔成桩施工技术。通过对自行设计调整配比的PVC花管进行现场引孔试验对比,经过工程实践检验,对传统引孔高压旋喷工艺进行优化改进,最后形成引孔旋喷施工新技术。该技术在富水厚砂层旋喷桩施工中取得良好成桩效果,具有广泛的推广意义。 This essay is studying on the construction problems of high-pressure jet grouting pile in thick sand stratum in construction general contract of Luogang New Town Quter Ring Road(Road 11#-Kaichuang Avenue)road and municipal works(the first section).Considering the traditional construction technology of high-pressure jet grouting pile in water-rich thick sand stratum,it is prone to issues such as collapsed boreholes during drilling,obstruction of drill pipes,nozzle blockage,and poor pile quality,the construction technology of high-pressure jet grouting pile in water-rich thick sand stratum is put forward.The traditional construction technology of high-pressure jet grouting pile is optimized and improved through field testing and comparison of PVC flower pipe with self-designed and adjusted ratio,leading to the development of a new constuction technique of rotary jet grouting.This technology has achieved a good effect on pile forming in water-rich sand stratum,making it important to be adopted extensively.
