摘要
为了确保强渗透性、中密~密实砂层中止水帷幕的止水性能,提出了双高压三重管旋喷桩施工要点:把喷水管改作喷水泥浆管,三重管旋喷桩机由一根喷空气管、两根喷水泥浆管组成;作业时水泥浆压力≥30MPa,采取减少喷射压力损耗的措施。双高压三重管旋喷桩施工工艺已成功被用于强渗透性、中密~密实砂层中的某深基坑支护工程。
In order to ensure the effect of waterproof wall in sand layer with strong permeability,medium density and density, the construction key points of double high pressure triple pipe rotary jet pile are suggested. First, water jet pipe is changed into slurry spraying pipe;Second, the triple pipe rotary jet pile machine consists of one air jet pipe and two slurry spraying pipes. Third, the slurry pressure is more than 30 MPa in use. Fourth, take measures to reduce the loss of injection pressure. The construction technology has been successfully used for a deep foundation pit supporting project in sand layer with strong permeability,medium density and density.
