摘要
通过对青海大学附属医院2018-2022年科研项目伦理初审工作量与项目立项数量进行统计,分析了医院科研项目伦理初审工作中存在的伦理委员会委员工作量繁重、审查工作量与项目立项率不成比例、伦理审查频次低等问题。提出了提高委员审查能力、调整科研项目伦理初审审查方式、伦理初审前对研究方案科学性和可行性进行评审、根据科研规律和审查实际需求增加审查频次等优化对策,为同类医院优化科研项目伦理初审管理工作带来借鉴和参考。
Through a statistical and descriptive analysis of the workload of ethical review and the approval of scientific research project in the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from 2018 to 2022,this study analyzed the existing problems such as the heavy workload of ethics committee members,disproportionate between workload of ethical review and project approval rate,and low frequency of ethical review in the scientific research projects,etc.In order to reduce the workload and improve the ability of ethics committee members and meet the needs of ethical review of hospital research projects,it is proposed to adjust the way of preliminary ethical review,evaluate the scientific and feasibility of research schemes before preliminary ethical review,increase the frequency of review according to the rules of scientific research and actual needs of ethical review,to optimize the ethical preliminary review of hospital scientific research projects,which can bring reference for similar hospitals to optimize the management of preliminary review of scientific research projects.
