摘要
在国家自然科学基金的申报与实施过程中,伦理申请与审查是重要的组成部分。通过整理福建省某三级甲等医院2022年申报国家自然科学基金的伦理材料,总结知情同意书中存在的主要问题,提出可能的应对建议,通过对研究人员进行宣传教育和规范化培训,提高研究人员的伦理意识,同时也应加强伦理委员会建设,进一步完善知情同意书模板,加强信息化管理和过程监管,以提升知情同意文件质量,更好地保障受试者的权益。
In the process of application and implementation of the National Natural Science Foundation, ethical application and review is an important part. By sorting out the ethical materials of a Grade-A tertiary hospital in Fujian Province applying for the National Natural Science Foundation in 2022, this paper summarized the main problems existing in the informed consent form, and put forward possible countermeasures. Through publicity, education and standardized training for researchers, the ethical awareness of researchers should be improved. At the same time, the construction of ethics committees should be strengthened. The template of informed consent form should be further improved, and information management and process supervision should be strengthened to improve the quality of informed consent form and better protect the rights and interests of subjects.
