摘要
阐述运用OBE理念进行疾病营养学教学改革的必要性,通过对疾病营养学课程构建原则的论述,以及其在课程教学与考核中的实践,提出基于OBE理念的疾病营养学教学设计与实践路径。实践表明,基于OBE理念开展疾病营养学教学,使教学与实际应用连接更加紧密,不仅提高了学生对理论知识掌握的牢固度,更提高了其实践能力、对知识的灵活应用能力和创新能力,有助于应用型人才的培养。
To describe the necessity of applying OBE concept to the reform of disease nutriology teaching,and put forward the teaching design and practice path of disease nutriology based on OBE concept by discussing the principles of disease nutriology course construction and its practice in course teaching and assessment.The practice shows that the disease nutriology teaching based on the OBE concept makes the teaching more closely connected with the practical application,which not only improves the collegians' firmness in mastering theoretical knowledge,but also improves their practical ability,flexible application of knowledge and innovation ability,which is conducive to the cultivation of application-oriented personnel。
