摘要
目的:探究穴位按摩联合个体化康复训练对老年股骨颈骨折髋关节置换术后髋关节评分(Harris评分)及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年10月—2021年10月天津市天津医院收治的84例老年股骨颈骨折髋关节置换术后患者作为研究对象,按照康复方案的不同分为观察组和常规组,每组各42例。常规组采用个体化康复训练,观察组采用穴位按摩联合个体化康复训练,比较两组患者术前、术后1个月、术后3个月Harris评分和生活质量以及护理期间并发症发生率。结果:术后1个月、3个月、6个月两组患者髋关节Harris评分均高于术前,且观察组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.640、7.989,P<0.05)。术后3个月两组患者生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.384,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.14%,常规组并发症发生率为11.90%,两组患者并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.553,P>0.05)。结论:老年股骨颈骨折髋关节置换术后患者采用穴位按摩联合个体化康复训练方案,有利于改善其髋关节功能及生活质量,且安全可靠。
Objective:To investigate the effects of acupressure combined with individualized rehabilitation training on hip score(Harris score)and quality of life after hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fractures in the elderly.Methods:84 elderly patients admitted to the hospital after hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects and divided into observation group and conventional group according to the different rehabilitation programs,with 42 cases in each group.The conventional group used individualized rehabilitation training,and the observation group used acupressure combined with individualized rehabilitation training.The preoperative,1 month postoperative,and 3 months postoperative Harris scores and quality of life as well as the complication rates during care were compared between the two groups.Results:At 1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery,the hip Harris scores of both groups were higher than those before surgery,and the ob⁃servation group was higher than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.640,7.989,P<0.05).The quality of life scores of patients in both groups increased at 3 months after surgery,and the observation group was higher than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.384,P<0.05).The complication rate was 7.14%in the observation group and 11.90%in the conventional group,with no statistically significant difference(t=0.553,P>0.05).Conclu⁃sion:The use of acupressure combined with individualized rehabilitation training program in elderly patients after hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture is beneficial to improve their hip function and quality of life,and it is safe and reliable.
