摘要
《临床分子生物学检验技术》是医学检验专业的必修课程,具有技术性和实践性强、知识量大且抽象的特点。该课程主要培养医学检验专业学生的职业技能水平和职业精神,除了正常开展专业课程教学外,更需要强化临床检验课程思政教育。高校思想政治教育工作是高校人才培养的重中之重,是传播社会主义核心价值观的重要途径。通过对医学检验教育的深入研究,深度挖掘提炼课程知识体系中所蕴含的思想价值和精神内涵,以“三导向”人才培养作为课程思政教学目标,从人文素质教育、专业素质培养和身心素质养成为等层面实施课程思政,切实将知识传授、技能培养与职业素养相统一,以期培养符合新时代医学检验教育目标要求、德才兼备、专业化医学检验人才。
Clinical Molecular Biology Testing Techniques is a compulsory course for medical testing majors,with strong technical and practical characteristics,large knowledge content,and abstraction.This course mainly cultivates the professional skills and spirit of medical laboratory students.In addition to conducting professional course teaching normally,it is also necessary to strengthen ideological and political education in clinical laboratory courses.The ideological and political education work in universities is a top priority in talent cultivation and an important way to spread socialist core values.Through in-depth research on medical laboratory education,we aim to deeply explore and extract the ideological value and spiritual connotations contained in the curriculum knowledge system.With the goal of"three oriented"talent cultivation as the ideological and political education goal,we implement curriculum ideological and political education from the perspectives of humanistic quality education,professional quality cultivation,and physical and mental quality cultivation,effectively unifying knowledge transmission,skill cultivation,and professional literacy.In order to cultivate specialized medical laboratory talents who meet the requirements of the new era medical laboratory education goals,possess both moral integrity and talent.
