摘要
为改变传统的“以教师为中心的填鸭式”教学模式,培养复合型、应用型卫生检验与检疫专业人才,本研究以2018级卫生检验与检疫专业学生为对象,通过增设综合设计、拓展创新实验比例、新增实验技能考核及改变实验效果评价方式等多元教学模式进行实验教改,基本实现了“以学生为中心”的教学模式,提升了学生的学习兴趣和积极性;锻炼了学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,培养了学生的团队协作精神和能力;让学生学有所乐,学以致用,成为适应用人单位和社会需要的复合型、应用型卫生检验与检疫专业人才。
To change the traditional"teacher centered cramming"teaching mode and cultivate compound and applied health inspection and quarantine professionals,In this study,students majoring in health inspection and quarantine of grade 2018 were selected as the objects.Experimental teaching reform was carried out by adding comprehensive design,expanding the proportion of innovative experiments,adding test of experimental skills and changing the evaluation method of experimental effects.expanding innovative the"student-centered"teaching mode has been basically realized,and the students’learning interest and enthusiasm have been improved.Furthermore,it has trained students’practical ability to analyze and solve problems,and cultivated students’team spirit and ability.Finally,students have fun in learning,applied what they have learned,and become compound and applied health inspection and quarantine professionals who meet the needs of employers and society.
