摘要
标准差压流量计一般存在量程比不够宽的缺点,为弥补不足,采用更换孔板法、多套流量计测量法、多台差压式流量计切换使用法、数字通信传输法等方法来扩大量程比。讨论了量程过范围对差压变送器性能的影响和过范围试验方法,以及计量检定和流量测量准确度现场验证问题。分析表明,差压式流量计的安装方式也是保证测量准确度和量程比的重要环节,必须严格执行相应的规程,避免引起差压信号的传递失真,进而引起误差。
Standard differential pressure flow meter generally has the disadvantage of not having a wide range ratio.To make up the disadvantage,a variety of methods,such as replacing orifice plate method,multiple flowmeter measuring method,multiple differential pressure flowmeter switching,digital communication transmission are applied to expand the range ratio.The influence of over-range to performance of the differential pressure transmitter,and over-range test method,and metering calibration and the question for on-site verification for flow measuring accuracy are discussed.The analysis result indicates that the installation mode of differential pressure flowmeter is also an important link to ensure measurement accuracy and range ratio.Corresponding regulations must be strictly complied with to avoid transmission distortion of differential pressure signals,and to result in significant errors further.
