基于质量守恒定律的流量测量准确性的现场验证案例分析 被引量:2

摘要 流量计按检定规程进行检定,除了标准差压装置可按几何法进行检定,其余各类流量计均需实流检定。经检定合格的流量计虽然取得了合格证书,但在现场安装、与关联仪表配套组成流量测量系统后,系统误差未必满足要求。所以,验证这个特定的流量测量系统是否满足规定要求就非常重要。验证的常用方法有物料平衡法、能量平衡法、设备能力法、流量增量法等。针对基于质量守恒定律的物料平衡法进行详细讨论。 Flow meter shall be calibrated in accordance with specified regulation.Except for standard deferential pressure device which can be calibrated using geometrical method,all others should be calibrated with real flow method.For the certified flow meters,when they are installed and combined with other relevant instruments onsite to fulfill the measuring system,the deviation in this system unnecessarily meet the requirements.Thus,it is important to validate whether one special flow measuring system is qualified.There are several validation methods,commonly used are material balance method,energy balance method,equipment capability method,flow increment method,etc.in this article,material balance method which is based on mass conservation law was discussed in detail.
