摘要
目的:筛选补肾活血膏提取工艺条件。方法:以高效液相色谱法测定补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、红景天苷含量。以补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、红景天苷的综合评分值为指标,采用AHP-CRITIC混合加权法结合正交试验,分析加水量、提取时间、提取次数对提取工艺的影响。结果:筛选出补肾活血膏提取工艺为组方药材加水浸泡12 h,加10倍量水,提取2次,每次2 h。结论:以AHP-CRITIC混合加权法结合正交试验确定的提取工艺科学可靠,为后期补肾活血膏工业化生产提供依据。
Objective Screening the extraction process conditions of Bushen Huoxue decocting paste.Methods Psoralen,isopsoralen,and salidroside were determined by HPLC.Using the comprehensive score values of psoralen,isopsoralen and salidroside,the AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting method combined with orthogonal test,and analyzed the influence of water addition,extraction time and extraction times on the extraction process.Results The extraction process of Bushen huoxue decocting paste was determined to soak it in water for 12h,add 10 times the amount of water,and extract 2 times for 2h each time.Conclusion The extraction process determined by AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting method combined with orthogonal test is scientific and reliable,which provides the basis for the later industrial production of Bushen huoxue decocting paste.
