摘要
学生学业评价是课程质量保障的重要手段,其中有效的课程考核是进行学业评价的关键。英国高等教育文凭项目是在中国加入WTO背景下引入的最早的国际教育项目,早于中外合作办学,其学业评价采取标准化的课程考核模式,以统一的课程标准、标准化的考试模式和严格的内外审制度为鲜明特色。标准化课程考核模式特别适用于以应用性专业知识为主、采取小班授课方式、课程标准统一的本科教育课程,进而为特定类型高校,尤其是应用型本科高校课程质量保障体系的建立提供可资借鉴的经验。其实施经验可总结为以学生为中心的评价理念、形成性评价的评价方式、及时的评价结果反馈与课程质量改进、利益相关者的多元协同治理和全过程的评价保障。
Students'academic evaluation is an important means to ensure the quality of the course, among which the effective course evaluation is a key essential.SQA-AD program is the earliest international education program introduced under the background of China's accession to the WTO, earlier than Sino-foreign coopera⁃tion in running schools.The academic evaluation of SQA-AD program adopts a standardized course evaluation model, which is characterized by consistent unit specification, standardized examination, as well as strict inter⁃nal and external audit system.The standardized course evaluation model is especially suitable for the under⁃graduate education courses which mainly focus on applied professional knowledge adopt small-class teaching and use unified curriculum standards, and thus provide reference experience for the establishment of the course quality assurance system in the application-oriented undergraduate programs.Its implementation experience can be summarized as student-centered assessment idea, formative assessment method, timely assessment re⁃sults feedback and course quality improvement, multi-stakeholder collaborative governance and the whole process evaluation guarantee.
