摘要
当今世界正快速发展,全球人口增加、城市化进程加快、资源需求与日俱增,对生态环境产生了一定影响,如何在追求经济发展的同时兼顾生态环境保护成为当下亟须解决的问题,优化创新环境是绿色低碳发展的重要保障。基于2010—2020年中国省级面板数据,构建固定效应模型和中介效应模型研究创新环境对碳排放强度的影响及内在机制,通过门槛回归模型研究创新环境对碳排放强度的非线性影响。研究结果表明:创新环境显著降低了碳排放强度,这种影响存在区域异质性;创新环境通过科技人才集聚间接影响碳排放强度;创新环境对碳排放强度的抑制作用会受科技人才集聚单一门槛效应的影响,科技人才集聚水平越高,创新环境对碳排放强度的抑制作用越强。
With the rapid development of the world today,the increase of global population,the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing demand for resources have put a certain pressure on the ecological environment.How to balance the ecological and environmental protection while pursuing economic development has become an urgent problem to be solved.The optimization of innovation environment is an important guarantee for green and low-carbon development.Based on the panel data of provinces in China from 2010 to 2020,the fixed effect model and intermediary effect model were constructed to study the influence of innovation environment on carbon emission intensity and its internal mechanism.The threshold regression model was used to study the nonlinear influence of innovation environment on carbon emission intensity.The results show that the innovation environment significantly reduces the carbon emission intensity,and there is regional heterogeneity.Innovation environment indirectly affects carbon emission intensity through the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents.The inhibition effect of innovation environment on carbon emission intensity will be affected by the single threshold effect of the concentration of scientific and technological talents.The higher the concentration level of scientific and technological talents,the stronger the inhibition effect of innovation environment on carbon emission intensity.
