摘要
煤矸石是我国排放量巨大的固体废弃物.为实现固体废弃物资源化利用,以α-石英基煤矸石作为原料经焙烧除杂和碱煮/熔融制备白炭黑.对体系酸度、分散剂用量、碱煮/熔融、陈化时间等合成条件进行了优化,得出最佳实验条件为:体系pH=7,陈化时间6 h,分散剂加入量5倍,采用碱煮工艺.产物性能测试结果表明,以α-石英基煤矸石为原料制得白炭黑二氧化硅(SiO_(2))质量分数高达89%,其余各项指标均符合行业标准要求.
Coal gangue is a huge solid waste discharged in our country.Fumed silica was prepared from ar quartz based coal gangue as the raw material through roasting-impurity removal and alkali boil-ing/melting processes,so as to realize the resource utilization of solid waste.The synthesis conditions such as acidity,dosage of dispersant,alkali boiling and melting,aging time were optimized.The opti-mum experimental conditions were as follows:pH=7,aging time of 6 h,adding dispersant of 5 times,alkali boiling process was adopted.The product performance test results showed that mass fraction of fumed silica(SiO_(2))prepared from a quartz based coal gangue as raw material was as high as 89%,and the other indicators met the requirements of industry standards.
