摘要
[研究目的]作为中国古代传统兵学经典,《孙子兵法》蕴含着完整丰富的战略情报评估思想,对现实的战略决策和情报工作也具有重要的指导和启发意义。[研究方法]采用文本分析和归纳等研究方法,对孙子十三篇的体系结构和有关战略情报评估的重点篇章进行解读,总结提炼其战略情报评估思想的逻辑体系和方法论原则。[研究结论]孙子战略情报评估思想的现实启示包括:战略情报评估要遵循全面审慎的基本原则,避免战略误判和战略盲动;要强化风险意识和底线思维,坚持慎战备战的战略文化传统;要突出以我为主的目标导向,为致人而不致于人提供情报支撑。
[Research purpose]As a classic of traditional Chinese military science in ancient times,Sun Tzu's art of war contains a complete and rich thoughts of strategic intelligence evaluation,which also has important guidance and inspiration significance for strategic decision-making and intelligence work in reality.[Research method]Using research methods,such as text analysis and induction,this paper interprets the architecture of Sun Tzu's thirteen articles and key chapters related to strategic intelligence evaluation,and summarizes and extracts the logical system and methodology principles of his strategic intelligence evaluation thoughts.[Research conclusion]The practical inspiration of Sun Tzu's strategic intelligence evaluation thought is that strategic intelligence evaluation should:Follow the comprehensive and cautious basic principles,to avoid strategic misjudgment and blind strategic action;Strengthen risk awareness and bottom line thinking,and adhere to the strategic cultural tradition of being cautious and prepared for battle;Highlight the goal orientation of prioritizing oneself and provide intelligence support for others rather than others.
