摘要
《孙子兵法》战略思维的政治原则、虚实原则、利害原则、主动原则和攻守原则,对增强领导干部战略思维具有强烈的现实指导意义。政治原则强调“利合于主”“为民是保”的站位思维遵循,增强“四个意识”,坚定“两个维护”;虚实原则强调“避实击虚”“合利而动”的目标思维取向,干实事而不干谋政绩的虚事;利害原则强调兼顾“在利思害”“在害思利”的决策思维方法,顺境中规避风险和应对危机,逆境中保持定力和预见胜利;主动原则强调“力避被动”“力求主动”的判断思维依据,塑造“不致于人”的主动态势,积蓄“可胜于敌”的实力;攻守原则强调遵循“攻守统一”“战道必胜”的行动思维模式,既要正确地做事,更要做正确的事。
The political principle,false and actual principle,interest principle,active principle,and offensive and defensive principle of the strategic thinking of The Art of War have strong practical guiding significance for enhancing the strategic thinking of leading cadres.Political principle emphasizes that the principle of“benefiting the Lord”and“serving the people and protecting the people”should be followed,the“four consciousness”should be strengthened,and the“two safeguards”should be firmly established.The false and actual principle emphasizes the target thinking orientation of“avoiding real attacks and defeating false ones”and“moving together for benefit”and doing practical things instead of making false achievements.The interest principle emphasizes the decision-making thinking method of“thinking of the harm at the benefit”and“thinking of the benefit at the harm”,avoiding risks and responding to crises in good times,maintaining stability and anticipating victory in adverse circumstances.The active principle emphasizes the basis of the judgment and thinking of“striving to avoid the passive”and“seeking the initiative”,shaping the dynamic tendency of“uncontrolled by others”,and accumulating the strength that“can surpass the enemy”.The offensive and defensive principle emphasizes that the action thinking pattern of“unification of offense and defense”and“victory in the battlefield”should be followed,things should be done rightly and right things should be done.
