摘要
随着我国经济发展步入新常态阶段,党和国家高度重视科技人才的培养。党二十大会议报告明确提出加快建设青年科技人才、高技能人才和大国工匠人才,以及扎实推动乡村产业、人才、文化、生态和组织振兴,以此加快农业强国建设步伐。漳州作为一个山海林田湖草多样性为一体的传统农业城市,在全面推进乡村振兴背景下面临着自身特有挑战和其他地方共性的问题。因此,为了全面推进工匠精神在乡村振兴中的应用,本文从乡村文化转化、新农人培育、特色民居守护传承和农产品提质增效等方面助力于工匠精神对乡村振兴的推动。
As China has entered a new normal stage in its economic development,the Party attaches great importance to the training of scientific and technological talents.The 20th National Congress has clearly proposed that we should quicken the pace of cultivating young scientific and technological talents,highly-skilled talents and artisans,and solidly promote the revitalization of rural industries,cultures,ecology and the relevant organizations,so as to build our country into a great agricultural one.Against the backdrop of the rural revitalization initiative,Zhangzhou,as a traditional agricultural city of Fujian with so many mountains,forests,fields,and lakes in it,is confronted with its unique challenges and the problems common to other places.Therefore,in order to fully realize the function of artisan spirit in the rural revitalization,this paper does a study to seek paths for the rural culture transformation,the cultivation of new farmers,the protection and inheritance of characteristic folk houses,and the improvement of the quality of agricultural products.
