摘要
国家理性现代化是国家治理现代化的重要一维。作为经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和生态文明建设一体推进的系统工程,中国式现代化要求国家治理在体制机制和国家理性上与之相适应。就推进人与自然和谐共生的现代化而言,国家治理需要将人与自然生命共同体作为治理对象,以人与自然和谐共生为善治目标,即推动国家理性的生态化转向,将生态理性上升为国家理性。现代生态伦理孕育了生态正义、自然价值、动物权利等核心理念,为生态价值观念、生态道德原则和规范的形成创造了条件,在很大程度上促进了生态理性的出场。为此,现代生态伦理需要跳出人类中心主义和非人类中心主义的无休止的范式之争,以“和”的尺度圆融争议,形成一种和合的生态伦理。明确国家理性生态化的实践路径,即引导治理主体依据和合的生态伦理,遵循平等原理进行天人交往、物我交往,对实现人与自然共生的现代化具有现实指导意义。
To modernize the reason of state is an important dimension of national governance modernization.As a systematic project integrating the economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction,Chinese modernization requires that national governance adapt to it in the aspects of institutional mechanisms and reason of state.In terms of promoting the modernization of harmony between humanity and nature,national governance needs to take the living community of humanity and nature as the governance object and take the harmony between humanity and nature as the goal of good governance.It means to promote the ecological transformation of the reason of state,upgrading the ecological reason to the reason of state.Modern ecological ethics has nurtured the core concepts of ecological justice,natural value and animal rights,created conditions for the formation of ecological values,ecological moral principles and norms,and promoted the emergence of ecological reason to a large extent.For this reason,modern ecological ethics need to get out of the endless paradigm contention between anthropocentrism and non-anthropocentrism,and to form a harmonious and syncretic ecological ethics,comprising controversies based upon the “harmony” principle.It proposes to clarify the ecologicalization path of the state reason,videlicet,guiding the governance bodies concerning humanity-nature or object-subject communication according to the harmonious and syncretic ecological ethics and the principle of equality,which may provide practical guiding significance for realizing the modernization of harmony between humanity and nature.
