摘要
目的:分析对维持性血液透析患者实施个体化运动疗法护理的效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年12月于常州市金坛第一人民医院接受维持性血液透析患者100例作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。观察组采用个体化运动疗法护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患者心理状态、护理效果、生活质量、睡眠质量。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组护理效果总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013);护理后,观察组心理功能、躯体功能、认知功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,观察组日间功能、睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在维持性血液透析患者护理中实施个体化运动疗法干预后,能够有效改善患者睡眠质量,提高其生活质量,降低其负性情绪,护理效果显著。
Objective:To analyze the effect of individualized exercise therapy nursing for maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of one hundred patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis in Changzhou Jintan First People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as observation objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with fifty patients in each group.The observation group received individualized exercise therapy nursing,and the control group received routine nursing.The psychological state,nursing effect,quality of life and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013);After nursing,the scores of psychological function,physical function,cognitive function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);After nursing,the daytime function,sleep quality,sleep time and sleep time scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion:After the implementation of individualized exercise therapy intervention in the care of maintenance hemodialysis patients,it can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,improve their quality of life,reduce their negative emotions,and the nursing effect is remarkable.
