摘要
变压器的容量增加造成了漏磁的问题,对电能造成了较大的损耗,降低了变压器的效率,基于此,针对油箱的磁通回路,设计了圆弧形屏蔽结构,采用ANSYS Maxwell软件对圆弧形屏蔽结构及矩形屏蔽结构进行仿真分析。结果表明,圆弧形屏蔽结构相比矩形屏蔽结构可减小最大磁通密度达50%,降低最大电涡流密度达64%,且不存在边缘磁通密度集中及电涡流聚集的现象。
The increase of transformer capacity has caused the problem of magnetic leakage,which results in a large loss of electric energy and reduces the efficiency of the transformer.For the magnetic flux circuit of the tank,a circular shielding structure is designed,and ANSYS Maxwell software is used to simulate and analyse the circular shielding structure and rectangular shielding structure,and the results show that the circular shielding structure,compared with the rectangular shielding structure,can reduce the maximum magnetic density of up to 50%,and reduce the maximum eddy current density of up to 64%,and there is no phenomenon of the edge of the concentration of the magnetic density and the phenomenon of the gathering of the eddy current.
