摘要
住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是毕业后医学教育的重要阶段,而放射科培训在住培中占据着越来越重要的地位。非影像专业住院医师在放射科培训有其独特性。该文以海军军医大学长征医院为例,对非影像专业住院医师在放射科住培轮转进行探索。
Standardized residency training is an essential stage of medical education after graduation,while radiology training plays an increasingly important role in standardized resident training.The training of nonimaging professional residents in the Department of Radiology is unique.Taking Changzheng Hospital of Naval Medical University as an example,this paper explores the resident rotation of non-imaging professional residents in the Department of Radiology.
