摘要
染料敏化太阳能电池(DSSC)具有制备工艺简单、成本低廉等特点,是太阳能有效利用的途径之一。本文简单介绍了染料敏化太阳能电池的组成、结构和工作原理,详细介绍了组成染料敏化太阳能电池的TiO_(2)光阳极材料,总结了目前TiO_(2)光阳极的研究成果,分析了TiO_(2)光阳极材料改性对DSSC性能的影响。同时,展望了TiO_(2)光阳极的未来发展方向。
Dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSC)are one of the ways to effectively utilize solar energy because of their characteristics of simple preparation process and low cost.The composition,structure and working principle of dyesensitized solar cells are briefly introduced.The TiO_(2) photoanode material,as an important part of dye-sensitized solar cells,is introduced in detail.The current research results of TiO_(2) electrode are summarized,and the influence of TiO_(2) photoanode material modification on DSSC performance is analyzed.At the same time,the future development direction of TiO_(2) photoanode is prospected.
