氯化物对四钛酸钾晶须成型的影响

摘要 通过添加质量分数5%NaCl和质量分数5%ZnCl_(2)两种催化剂并采用Kneading-Drying-Calacination(KDC)法制备出四钛酸钾晶须,采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对样品进行分析表征,并在空气气氛中对未添加催化剂和分别添加5%NaCl和5%ZnCl_(2)的3种四钛酸钾前驱体进行热性能分析,研究了不同催化剂对四钛酸钾晶须表观形貌及晶须烧结生长温度的影响。研究表明:在800℃与900℃的烧结条件下,加入5%NaCl和5%ZnCl_(2)能明显降低四钛酸钾晶须的生长温度;在相同的制备条件下,加入NaCl和ZnCl_(2)对于提高晶须的长径比有明显的促进作用。结合热失重测试结果,研究了催化剂降低晶须生成温度、催化晶须成型生长的相关机理。 Potassium tetratitanate whiskers were prepared by adding 5%NaCl and 5%ZnCl_(2) catalysts and using the KDC method.The samples were characterized and analyzed by XRD and SEM.And in the air atmosphere,TG-DTA analysis was performed on the three potassium tetratitanate precursors without catalyst and 5%NaCl and 5%ZnCl_(2) respectively.The effects of different catalysts on the apparent morphology and sintering growth temperature of the whiskers were studied.Studies shown that the addition of 5%NaCl and 5%ZnCl_(2) can significantly reduce the growth temperature of the whiskers under 800℃and 900℃sintering conditions;Under the same preparation conditions,the addition of NaCl and ZnCl_(2) can significantly promote the increase in the aspect ratio of the whiskers.In addition,combined with the results of TG-DTA test,the relevant mechanism of the catalyst to reduce the temperature of whisker formation and catalyzing the formation and growth of whiskers was analyzed and studied.
