摘要
养老服务是与人口老龄化相伴生的重要社会服务,在发展中孕育形成了以实现老有所养为目标,具有特定的研究对象和社会功能的养老服务学学科。养老服务学具有独特的基础理论、价值取向、研究方法和任务,业已形成独立的知识体系,应承认其独立学科地位,并加强与老年学等相关学科互鉴,进一步充实其学科内容,完善研究方法,扩充专业设置,加快塑造其学科特色和独特价值,为养老服务业高质量发展提供有力专业支撑。
Elderly care services are important social services associated with population aging,and have developed into a discipline of elderly care services with specific research objects and social functions.The ultimate aim is to ensure the well-being and security for the elderly.The study of elderly care services has unique foundation theories,value orientation,research methods,and tasks.It has formed an independent knowledge system and should be recognized as an independent discipline.We should strengthen mutual learning with related disciplines such as gerontology,aiming to enhance the breadth and depth of its disciplinary content.Additionally,we need to improve research methods and establish new majors.Simultaneously,it is crucial to expedite the shaping of its disciplinary characteristics and unique value providing strong professional support for the high-quality advancement of elderly care services industry.
