摘要
针对当前矿用粉尘检测技术精度低、维护难的问题,依据煤矿井下工作环境,设计了一种基于STM32的矿用粉尘浓度传感器,本设计以静电感应原理作为矿粉浓度测量原理,STM32高性能单片机作为主控芯片,外部配置感应电荷放大电路、信号自适应放大电路、信号滤波电路和标准电流信号输出电路等模块电路,开发了系统应用软件,并对样机进行了检定,结果表明本设计的测量精度在2%以内,具有精度高、重复性好的优点。
In view of the low accuracy and difficult maintenance of the current mining dust detection technology,a mining dust concentration sensor based on STM32 is designed according to the working environment in the coal mine.This design uses the electrostatic induction principle as the mineral powder concentration measurement principle,the STM32 high-performance microcontroller as the main control chip,and the external configuration of inductive charge amplification circuit,signal adaptive amplification circuit,the system application software is developed,and the prototype is verified.The results show that the measurement accuracy of this design is within 2%,which has the advantages of high accuracy and good repeatability.
