摘要
针对现有粉尘传感器免维护时间短的问题,设计了一种基于静电感应原理的矿用粉尘传感器。介绍了该传感器的设计原理和软、硬件设计。实验测试结果表明,在500 mg/m3试验环境下,通电2个月后,在0~1 000 mg/m3范围内,传感器测试精度可以达到±15%,测试效果较好。
In view of the problem of the short maintenance time of the existing dust sensors,a mine dust sensor based on the electrostatic induction principle was designed. The design principle of the sensor was introduced,and the design of its hardware and software was described. The experimental results showed that,in the 500 mg/m3 test environment,after 2 months of electrified power,the accuracy of test can reach to ± 15% in the range of 0-1 000 mg/m3,and the test result was good.
