摘要
社区养老档案是社区养老服务机构在日常工作中形成的各种信息记录,不仅包括社区养老服务机构形成的档案,还包括在机构养老的社区群众形成的各种有价值的文件材料,具有社会性、特色性、复杂性、动态性等特点,其对构建和谐社区、和谐中国具有重要的现实意义。目前,我国暂未出台社区养老档案管理办法。在此背景下,从宏观层面提出制定社区养老档案管理标准、归档范围、保管期限及管理流程,并结合我国社区养老工作的未来发展趋势,运用新技术,整合线上线下资源,搭建共享档案信息化平台,使社区养老档案更好地服务于社区群众。
Community-based elderly care archives are all kinds of information records formed in the daily work of community-basedelderly care service institutions, including not only the archives formed by the community service institutions, but also all kinds ofvaluable documents and materials formed by the elderly people served by the community. These archives have many traits such associality, characteristic, complexity, dynamicity, etc. and they are of great practical significance for the construction of harmoniouscommunity and harmonious China. At present China hasn't issued the management methods for community-based elderly carearchives. Under this background, this paper proposes to set management standards, filing scope, retention period and managementprocess from the macro level. In combination with the future development trend of China's community-based elderly care and withnew technology, it proposes to integrate online and offline resources and construct an information platform of archives sharing inorder to make community-based elderly care archives better serve the community people.
