摘要
信息时代给人类社会带来了广泛而深远的影响,也给政治、经济、文化等各个方面带来了很大的冲击。为人类社会提供档案信息资源的档案工作也不例外。面对现阶段的社会大环境,档案工作者应该如何提高自身素质,以便更好地实现档案工作的社会功能、完成其社会使命,已经成为档案工作的重中之重。
Information age has exerted an extensive and profound effect on human society. It also makes a great impact on politics, economy and culture. So is it for archives work which provides human society with file information. However, faced with this social environment, what lies in the center of archives work is how file workers should promote their qualities so as to achieve social functions of archives work and complete its social missions.
