摘要
制造业转型升级背景下,建设教研双馨的结构化“双师型”教学创新团队是职业教育适应社会和产业发展的关键环节,是深化“三教”改革的硬核举措,是高素质复合型技术技能人才培养的重要支撑,具有重要现实意义。目前,教学创新团队建设仍然存在团队构建逻辑思路不清晰,团队成员教学科研能力提升举措不得力,团队管理水平不够高等问题。针对上述问题,探讨教研双馨的结构化“双师型”教学创新团队内涵价值、目标定位,提出建设策略包括平台搭建、项目对接,跨界融合重组教学创新团队;项目研发、教研相长,团组融合培养人人竞相出彩;标准重塑、机制保障,放管融合提升团队管理水平。
During the manufacturing transformation and upgrading period,the construction of the structured"teacher and engineer type"innovative teaching group with both excellent teaching and research skills has important practical significance.The construction of the above innovative teaching group is the key link for the vocational education adapting to the social and industrial development,the core measure to deepen the reform ofteachers,textbooks and teaching methods and the important support for the cultivation of high-quality integrated technical and skilled talents.At present,there still exist some problems in the construction of the innovative teaching group,such as the unclear logical thinking of group construction,the ineffective measures to improve the teaching and research skills of the group members and the low level of the group management.In view of the above problems,the connotation value and target orientation of the structured"teacher and engineer type"innovative teaching groupwith both excellent teaching and research skills were discussed.The innovative teaching group construction strategy was put forward,which included that the cross-border reorganization of the innovative teaching group through the platform construction and project docking,the group cultivation of every excellent talent through the project research and the facilitation of teaching and research work and the improvement of the groupmanagement level through the power delegation and tightened oversight with the standard remodeling and mechanism guarantee.
