摘要
目的探究分析硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊联合制霉素栓在妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎患者中的临床实践效果。方法搜集于2021年8月至2022年8月经我院治疗的妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎患者作为分析探究对象,共120例。根据随机数字表法将患者分为干预组(60例)与试验组(60例)。干预组采用单一硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,试验组则在干预组的基础上联合制霉素栓治疗。比较分析两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前与治疗7 d后的阴道pH值、阴道炎复发率、阴道内菌群纠正率、不良反应发生率。结果试验组的96.67%临床治疗总有效率明显高于干预组的86.67%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组pH值比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗7 d后,试验组患者阴道pH值低于干预组(P<0.05);试验组的1.67%阴道炎复发率低于干预组的13.33%(P<0.05);试验组的80.00%阴道内菌群纠正率高于干预组的53.33%(P<0.05);试验组的5.00%阴道炎不良反应发生率低于干预组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论针对患有霉菌性阴道炎的妊娠期患者,通过硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊与制霉素栓联合治疗能有效纠正阴道内菌群环境,降低阴道炎复发率,有效控制不良反应的发生。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical practice effect of niftel nystatin vaginal soft capsule combined with Nystatin suppository in patients with mycotic vaginitis during pregnancy.Methods A total of 120 patients with mycotic vaginitis during pregnancy who were treated by our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were collected as analysis subjects.Patients were divided into intervention group(60 cases)and experimental group(60 cases)according to random number table.The intervention group was treated with a single niftyl nystatin vaginal soft capsule,while the experimental group was treated with nystatin suppository on the basis of the intervention group.The clinical treatment effect,vaginal pH before and after treatment,vaginal recurrence rate,vaginal flora correction rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The overall clinical response rate of 96.67% in the experimental group was significantly higher than 86.67% in the intervention group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the pH values of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After 7 d of the treatment,the vaginal pH in the experimental group was lower than that in the intervention group(P<0.05);The vaginitis recurrence rate of 1.67% in the experimental group was lower than that of 13.33% in the intervention group(P<0.05);The correction rate of 80.00% in the experimental group was higher than 53.33% in the intervention group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions of 5.00% vaginitis in the experimental group was lower than 16.67% in the intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the pregnant patients with mycotic vaginitis,the combination of nifurtil and nystatin vaginal soft capsule and nystatin suppository can effectively correct the vaginal flora environment,reduce the recurrence rate of vaginitis,and effectively control the occurrence of adverse reactions.
