摘要
目的:探讨妊娠念珠菌性外阴阴道炎致病影响因素及对妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取80例来某院进行妊娠检查孕妇进行分析,待确诊为妊娠念珠菌性外阴阴道炎之后,将其作为观察组来研究,同时选择同一时期入院检查生殖系统健康的孕妇作为对照组(80例),对两组受检者生殖道作以详细检查,记录及对比两组孕妇分娩结局。结果:导致妊娠期孕妇发生妊娠生殖道感染疾病的主要因素为:产检次数、应用抗菌药物、合并发生妊娠期糖尿病等7项;对照组孕妇妊娠结局较好,数据较对照组差异大,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:念珠菌性外阴阴道炎疾病对于女性身体健康影响较大,若在女性妊娠期发生,不仅不利于孕妇顺利分娩,而且易造成新生儿并发症,所以需要妇科医生准确把握妊娠期孕妇患有该疾病的相关危险因素,可在妊娠期内做好孕妇健康教育工作,从而降低孕妇该种生殖道感染疾病发生率,确保女性妊娠结局良好。
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of candidal vulvovaginitis in pregnancy and the pregnancy outcomes of mothers and infants. Methods:80 pregnant women who came to a hospital for pregnancy examination were selected for analysis, and after being diagnosed as candidal vaginitis of pregnancy, they were taken as observation group for study purpose. At the same time, 80 pregnant women who were admitted to the hospital for reproductive system health examination at the same time were selected as control group. The reproductive tracts of the two groups were examined in detail, and the delivery outcomes of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results: The 7 main factors leading to the occurrence of reproductive tract infection in pregnant women during pregnancy were: the number of examination, the use of antibiotics, and the occurrence of gestational diabetes mellitus. The pregnancy outcome of the control group was better, and the data were significantly different from that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Candidal vulvovaginitis disease has a great impact on women’s health. If it occurs during pregnancy, it is not only harmful to the smooth delivery of pregnant women, but is also easy to cause neonatal complications. Therefore, gynecologists need to accurately grasp the related risk factors of pregnant women suffering from this disease during pregnancy, so as to do a good job of health education for pregnant women during pregnancy, thus reducing the incidence of this kind of reproductive tract infection in pregnant women and ensure a good pregnancy outcome.
