摘要
目的探讨脓毒症肝损伤的全球研究现状及趋势。方法通过Web of Science核心合集数据库检索2012年1月至2022年11月关于脓毒症肝损伤研究的文献,运用VOSviewer、CiteSpace等软件进行国家、机构、作者、期刊、关键词和相关引文的文献计量学及可视化分析。结果共纳入1152篇文献,发文量总体呈上升趋势;中国是发文最多的国家,美国国际合作最多;研究机构以大学为主,其中匹兹堡大学国际合作最多;Bauer M教授是发文量最高且在国际上交流频繁的作者;Shock杂志是收录该领域文献最多的期刊;文献共被引分析显示,中心性≥0.1的2篇文献分别是Yan J、Pavel S发表的;该领域的研究可形成13大聚类,主要关键词包括脓毒症、炎症、脂多糖等,且病理生理学、代谢及信号通路是今后的热点及趋势。结论本研究利用可视化软件了解脓毒症肝损伤的研究现状及发展趋势,为国内相关学者日后的研究提供了思路和方向。
Objective To explore the global research current status and trends on septic liver injury.Methods The literature on septic liver injury research from January 2012 to November 2022 was searched through Web of Science core collection database,and then bibliometrics and visual analysis of countries,institutions,authors,journals,keywords,and relevant citations was performed using VOSviewer,CiteSpace,and other software.Results A total of 1152 articles were included,and the number of publications was increasing.China had the most publications,but USA had the most international collaborations.Research institutions were mainly universities,and Pittsburgh University had the most international collaborations.Professor Bauer M had the highest number of publications and frequent international communication.Shock had the most publications.Co-citation analysis of the literature showed that the two papers with centrality≥0.1 were published by Yan J and Pavel S.Keyword analysis showed that research can form 13 clusters,with pathophysiology,metabolism,and signaling pathways being the hot spots and trends in future.Conclusion This study uses visualization software to understand the current status and development trend of research in septic liver injury,which provides ideas and directions for future research.
