转化医学教育模式+PBL+CBL教学法在血液内科实习生培训中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨转化医学教育模式+基于问题的教学法(PBL)+基于案例的教学法(CBL)在血液内科实习生培训中的应用。方法:将2020年12月至2022年6月在血液内科轮转的40名实习生随机分为试验组(采取转化医学教育模式+PBL+CBL教学法)和对照组(采取LBL教学法),各20名实习生,对比2组实习生出科时的基础理论成绩、案例分析成绩、细胞形态识别成绩、技能考核成绩、总成绩、技能成绩优良率以及对教学效果满意率。结果:试验组案例分析成绩、细胞形态识别成绩、总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.01);2组基础理论成绩和技能成绩比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组技能成绩优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组对教学效果的满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:转化医学教育模式+CBL+PBL教学法优于LBL教学法,能够很好地完成教学目标,能够提高血液内科实习生的理论、技能水平以及解决临床问题的能力。 Objective:To explore the application of translational medicine education model+problem-based learning(PBL)+case-based learning(CBL)in the training of interns in the department of hematology.Methods:Forty interns rotated in the department of hematology from Dec 2020 to Jun 2022 were randomly divided into the experimental group(receiving translational medicine education model+PBL+CBL teaching method)and the control group(receiving LBL teaching method),with 20 interns in each group.The results of theoretical test score,case analysis score,cell morphology recognition score,skill assessment score,the total score,the excellent rate of skill assessment score and the satisfaction rate of teaching were compared between the two groups.Results:The case analysis score,cell morphology recognition score and the total score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no statistical difference in theoretical test score and skill assessment score between the two groups(P>0.05).The excellent rate of skill assessment score and the satisfaction rate of teaching in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Translational medicine education model+CBL+PBL teaching method is superior to LBL teaching method,which can well achieve the teaching objectives and improve the theory,skill level and the ability to solve clinical problems of the interns in department of hematology.
