摘要
农业产业链是指以农产品为原料的加工、储存、运输、销售等各个环节的关联。流通是以货币为媒介的商品交换,即商品从生产领域向消费领域的运动过程。农业产业链流通研究是在农业产业链实践的基础上,开展商流、物流、资金流、信息流方面的研究。运用CiteSpace软件绘制作者、机构、关键词等知识图谱,对中国在中国学术网络出版总库(CNKI)刊载的产业链与流通研究性文献进行分析并予以述评。研究发现:各研究机构学者之间缺乏沟通合作;高校是推动产业链流通研究和实践的主要力量;排名前10的期刊中只有20%的期刊是核心期刊。基于此,今后需加强多行业融合和多学科交叉的创新性实践研究;研究热点主题有全产业链、供应链、电子商务、价值链、产业化;互联网+、乡村振兴、冷链物流、流通模式、发展路径是中国农业产业链流通研究的主要研究趋势。
Agricultural industry chain refers to the connection between processing, storage,transportation and sales of agricultural products as raw materials. Circulation is the exchange of commodities with currency as the medium, which is also the movement of commodities from the field of production to the field of consumption. On the basis of the practice of agricultural industry chain, the research on commercial flow, logistics, capital flow and information flow was carried out. CiteSpace software was used to draw knowledge maps of authors, institutions and keywords, etc., and the research on industrial chain and circulation published in CNKI was analyzed and reviewed. The results showed that:there is lack of communication and cooperation among scholars in various research institutions, the universities are the main force to promote the research and practice of industrial chain circulation, only20% of the top 10 journals are core journals. Based on this, it is necessary to strengthen the innovative practice of multi-industry integration and multidisciplinary research in the future, the research should focus on whole industry chain, supply chain, e-commerce, value chain and industrialization, and the Internet plus, rural revitalization, cold chain logistics, circulation model and development path are the main research trends of industrial chain circulation in China.
