摘要
我国在应对全球气候变化的会议中提出“碳达峰”和“碳中和”的目标。因第三代半导体在材料应用领域具备优良的性能,能够在降低能量损失和减小装备体积方面发挥较为明显的优势。为了进一步分析第三代半导体材料在宁波市半导体产业领域的应用,文章基于第三代半导体的材料优势以及宁波市第三代半导体的行业现状,分析了宁波市第三代半导体产业发展对双碳目标的影响。宁波市第三代半导体材料产业的发展研究对于改善我国的生态结构产业布局、促进社会产业科技的变革,支撑碳达峰、碳中和的目标实现和促进宁波市经济的发展具有重大的意义。
Our country put forward the goals of“peaking carbon”and“carbon neutralization”in the response to global climate change conference.Because the third generation semiconductor has excellent performance in the field of material application,it can play a more obvious advantage in reducing energy loss and equipment size.In order to further analyze the application of the third generation semiconductor materials in the industrial field of Ningbo City,based on the material advantages of the third generation semiconductor and the current situation of the third generation semiconductor industry in Ningbo city,this paper analyzes the influence of the development of the third generation semiconductor industry in Ningbo City on the dual carbon target.The research on the development of the third-generation semiconductor material industry in Ningbo City is of great significance for improving the industrial layout of ecological structure,promoting the reform of social industrial science and technology,supporting the realization of the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality and promoting the economic development of Ningbo City.
