误触底火致手枪弹意外击发案例分析与枪械安全训练问题探讨

摘要 某单位进行射击训练时出现了某型手枪弹反转入膛卡滞、排障时通条撞击底火导致意外击发并炸壳的事故。通过试验法、分析法研究发现,底火膛外受到足够能量的撞击后会发生意外击发,弹壳在未完全约束情况下会发生炸壳。这一案例暴露出了教官与学员对枪械弹药基本原理了解不深,由此可见,为保证枪械训练的安全,必须由枪械原理入手,通过开发枪械原理教材、加强教官专业培训、建设专兼职枪械原理教官团队以及构建全流程枪械弹药教学和考核模式等方面入手,加强枪械基础原理的教学;此外还需要将安全重点转换为“弹、枪并重”,注重在使用前以及故障分析时检查枪弹状态。 During shooting training in a unit,a pistol bullet turned into the chamber and got stuck.In the process of obstacle removal,the cleaning rod inadvertently contacted and hit the primer of the pistol bullet,resulting in the accidental firing and shell explosion of the pistol bullet.Through the research methods of experiment and analysis,it has been found that accidental firing occurs when the primer is struck with sufficient energy outside the chamber,and the shell case may explode without complete restraint.This case reveals that instructors and students do not have a deep understanding of the basic principles of firearms and ammunition.From this,it can be seen that to ensure the safety of firearms training,it is necessary to start with the firearms basic method.We can strengthen the teaching of firearms basic method by developing firearms basic method textbooks,strengthening professional training for instructors,building a team of full-time and part-time firearms basic method instructors,and constructing a full process firearms and ammunition teaching and assessment model.In addition,it is necessary to shift the focus of safety to"both bullets and firearms",and pay attention to checking the status of bullets before use and during fault analysis.
