摘要
在招录培养体制改革背景下,公安院校对公安专业人才培养方案进行了改革和调整,警械和武器使用课程在教学改革中因一些主客观因素的制约,影响了教学质量的进一步提高。从教材、师资力量、教学模式、训练环境条件等方面出发,结合实战经验,对警械和武器使用教学改革的困境进行剖析,并提出对策和建议,以期为促进教学改革、提高警械和武器使用课程教学质量提供参考。
Under the background of the enrollment and training system reform, the police professional personnel training plan of public security eolleges and universities has undergone some reform and adjustment. While due to the restriction of some subjective and objective factors, it is diffieuh to further improve the teaching quality of the course on the use of police weapons and arms. From the aspect of analyzing the textbook, faeuhy, model of teaching, training environmental condition and ere, combined with actual eombat, this article does not only analyzes the difficulties of reforming police weapons and arms, but also puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to promote the teaching reform, with the aim of enhancing teaching quality of course on the use of police weapons and arms.
