摘要
OBE教育模式的核心是“以成果为导向,以学生为中心”,“公共危机管理”是实践性较强的专业课程,学生应具备理论知识和实践能力。本文基于OBE教育模式搭建新型“公共危机管理”课程教学设计和学业评价改革,以所授课的公共事业管理专业1班为对象,开展了为期一年的教学改革实践,结果发现:该课程培养了学生应对突发事件的创新能力,教学效果整体良好,学生的学习成绩和专业素质得到显著提升。
The core of OBE education mode is"results-oriented,student-centered"."Public crisis management"is a professional course with strong practicality.Students should have theoretical knowledge and practical ability.Based on the OBE education mode to build a new type of"public crisis management"course teaching design and reform of academic assessment,fully arouse the enthusiasm of the students,improve the students comprehensive ability to analyze and solve problems,to cultivate the innovation ability of students to deal with emergencies,and good teaching effect as a whole,students'academic performance and professional quality improved significantly.
