摘要
目的 分析上海市所有公立医疗机构老年痴呆患者诊疗数据,了解老年痴呆患者的基本信息,疾病诊断情况及就诊情况。为传统的老年痴呆患者发现和监测方式,提供诊疗大数据的共享和分析利用,做可行性的思路补充,从而探索更有效的防治手段。方法 分析处理2018-2019年上海市所有公立医疗机构就诊的38 448名老年痴呆名患者的252 608条有效门急诊记录,研究各年龄段、性别及就诊次数的分布情况。结果 上海市公立医疗机构老年痴呆就诊患者平均年龄78.25岁,老年痴呆患者人数占上海市人口比例最高的年龄段为85岁及以上,其次为80~84岁组;随着年龄增长,患者数量呈增长趋势;其中65岁以上的患者中女性患者多于男性患者;患者就诊次数随着时间的推移呈上升趋势。结论 应积极宣传老年痴呆的早期防治,鼓励老年人定期体检,且开展有针对性体检项目,及时医院就诊进行预见性护理干预以及药物治疗来延缓病程。
Objective To analyze the prevalence of patients with senile dementia in various medical institutions in Shanghai from 2018 to 2019,and summarize the basic information,disease diagnosis and treatment of patients with senile dementia.To provide sharing and analysis and utilization of diagnosis and treatment of big data for the traditional way of detection and monitoring of senile dementia patients,to make supplement of feasible ideas,so that to explore more effective methods for prevention and treatment.Methods First,we analyzed and processed 252608 effective outpatients and emergency records of 38448 patients with senile dementia in all public medical institutions in Shanghai from 2018 to 2019.We studied the distribution of age,gender and number of the patients with Alzheimer's disease.Results The statistical results showed that the average age of Alzheimer's patients in medical institutions in Shanghai was 78.25 years old.The age group with the highest proportion of Alzheimer's patients in the population of Shanghai was over 885 years old,followed by the 80-84 year old group.With the increase of age,the number of patients showed an increasing trend;Among the patients over 65 years old,the number of female patients were more than that of male patients;The number of visits showed an upward trend with the passage of time.Conclusions We should actively publicize the early prevention and treatment of senile dementia,the regular physical examination,timely hospital treatment,predictive nursing intervention and drug treatment to delay the course of the disease should be encouraged.
