摘要
目的研究在中西医结合内科临床带教中开展目标教学法的临床应用效果。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月临沂市平邑县平邑卫生院中西医结合内科接收的实习医师25名作为研究对象,通过随机数表法将其分成两组开展培训研究,包括研究组13名,参比组12名,参比组实习医师采取常规带教培训,研究组实习医师则实施目标教学法进行带教培训,详细对比两种不同带教培训模式最终获得的教学效果。结果研究组的学习状态、综合能力优于参比组,研究组临床带教培训质量、临床理论知识和实践操作能力优于参比组,研究组对此次临床培训质量满意度评分明显高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中西医结合内科实习医师培训中开展目标教学法,对于提升临床教学管理质量、增强实习医师的学习积极性、减轻实习医师的学习心理负担、提高实习医师的自我学习意识以及综合能力发挥着重要性作用。
Objective To study the clinical application effect of the target teaching method in the clinical teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine internal medicine.Methods From February 2021 to February 2023,25 interns who were admitted to the Internal Medicine Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Pingyi Health Center of Pingyi County,Linyi City were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by the random number table method to carry out the training research.The group types included 13 in the research group and 12 in the reference group.The interns in the reference group took conventional teaching training,while the interns in the research group implemented the target teaching method for teaching training.A detailed comparison of the final teaching effects of two different teaching training modes.Results The learning status and comprehensive ability of the research group were better than those of the reference group,and the clinical teaching quality,clinical theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of the research group were better than those of the reference group.Nurses'satisfaction with the clinical training quality of the research group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out the target teaching method in the training of internal medicine interns with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine plays an important role in improving the quality of clinical teaching management,enhancing the learning enthusiasm of interns,reducing the psychological burden of interns in learning,and improving the self-learning awareness and comprehensive ability of interns.
