摘要 为保证矿井通风系统稳定性,针对井下风压大、风门开闭困难、通行效率低等问题,利用杠杆原理设计可调节风门辅助开启设施,利用红外线传感器、电磁阀、气动装置设计人车同行自动风门,改钝角式风门为半圆弧式风门,并在电磁阀和高压气体控制风门开闭的基础上集成自动闭锁功能。实践证明,该系统应用后,通过效率提高50%,未发生风门伤人事故。 In order to ensure the stability of the mine ventilation system,aiming at the problems of large downhole air pressure,difficult opening and closing of air doors,and low traffic efficiency,the lever principle is used to design the auxiliary opening facilities of adjustable air doors,the infrared sensors,solenoid valves,and pneumatic devices are used to design automatic air doors for pedestrian and vehicle travel,the obtuse angle type air doors are changed into semicircular arc type air doors,and the automatic locking function is integrated on the basis of the opening and closing of the solenoid valves and high pressure gas control air doors.The practice proved that after the application of this system,the passing efficiency is improved by 50%,and there are no injury accidents of air door occurred.
