同向气动风门在矿井均压通风系统中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 为提高均压通风系统的安全性和稳定性,以同煤集团云冈矿11-2#311盘区81110综采工作面为研究对象,进行了同向气动风门替代平衡式电动风门的实践应用研究。本文设计分析了同向气动风门整体设计关系及结构,阐述了实践应用及注意事项。应用效果表明:同向气动风门具有更好的密封性,漏风量明显降低,均压效果好。 In order to improve the safety and stability of pressure balancing ventilation system,the fully mechanized mining face of the 11-2#311 panel in Yungang Coal Mine was taken as the research object,and the practical application of corotating pneumatic air door was carried out instead of the balanced electric air door.This paper analyses the overall design and structure of the co-rotating pneumatic air door,and expounds its practical application and matters needing attention.The application results show that it has better tightness,significantly reduces air leakage and has a good pressure balancing effect.
