摘要
空心微球是一种轻质、高强、中空的多功能无机非金属玻璃材料,具有导热系数低、介电常数低、耐压强度高及流动性好等特点,广泛应用于航空航天、油气资源开采、汽车轻量化、轻质复合材料等领域。国内质量表征手段仍依赖于各厂家内部或其他粉体材料标准,无统一、高效的质量表征方法。从空心微球实际研发、工业化生产和应用技术角度出发,总结了适用于分析密度、粒度、耐压强度、漂浮率和导热系数相关的质量表征与测试方法,为空心微球研发、生产和应用提供借鉴。
Hollow glass microspheres are a light-weight,high-strength,multifunctional inorganic non-metallic glass material with low thermal conductivity,low dielectric constant,high compressive strength and good fluidity,which are widely used in aerospace,oil and gas resource extraction,automotive light-weighting and lightweight composite materials.The domestic quality characterization methods still rely on the internal or other powder material standards of each manufacturer,and there is no unified and efficient quality characterization method.From the perspective of actual research and development,industrial pro⁃duction and application technology of hollow glass microspheres,the quality characterization and testing methods suitable for the analysis of density,particle size,compressive strength,flotation rate and thermal conductivity are summarized,which can provide reference to research and development,production and ap⁃plication of hollow glass microspheres.
