摘要 本文对聚合物基复合材料的各种导热模型进行了归纳和总结,包括理论性和经验性的模型。模型描述是多方面的,包括粒子填充型、纤维填充型、纤维布增强型等,并做出评价,提出应用过程中的一些建议。 Many theoretical and empirical models have been summarized to predict the effective thermal conductivity of polymer based composites. The models describe the main patterns of the composites, including the particle filled, fiber filled or reinforced and fiber fabric reinforced patterns. Some evaluations and suggestions in the process of applications are given.
