摘要
介绍了大型薄板类零件制造的现状及加工难点,为解决大型薄板类零件在立式车床车削精加工的问题,从吊运、机床精度、装夹方式、加工方法、检测方法等方面进行分析,通过采用三环分布式刚性支撑技术,选择适宜的刀具、合理的切削参数和加工方法,控制吊运装夹的变形量,确保了该大型薄板类零件上下两端面平面度≤0.1 mm、平行度≤0.1 mm、内外圆同轴度≤0.3 mm的要求,实现了车削精加工。
In this paper,the current situation and machining difficulties of large thin plate parts manufacturing are introduced.In order to solve the problem of finish turning of large thin plate parts on vertical lathe,the issues on lifting,accuracy of machine tool,clamping method,machining method and inspection method are analyzed.By means of the three-ring distributed rigid support technology,suitable tools,reasonable cutting parameters and machining methods are selected,and the deformation of lifting and clamping is controlled to make sure that the flatness of the upper and lower faces of large thin plate parts is no more than 0.1 mm,the parallelism is no more than 0.1 mm,and the coaxiality of the inner and outer circles is no more than 0.3 mm,the finish turning is realized.
