特大型海工替打环自由锻成形技术

摘要 海工装备用替打环锻件吨位重、规格大、法兰直径及相邻截面差大,采用传统的钢锭下料、芯棒卡台拔长、分段扩孔的自由锻方案成形难度极大,通过综合分析大法兰类台阶锻件关键成形方法和控制难点,首次提出小台阶差制坯+整体台阶扩孔+旋压成形法兰的工艺方案,并通过控制镦粗冲孔和增加分段精扩修整工序,较好地保证了毛坯尺寸,验证了工艺参数及成形工艺方案的合理性。 Due to the heavy tonnage,large size,large flange diameter and large difference between adjacent sections,it is very difficult to form the ring forgings for marine equipment by using the traditional free forging scheme of ingot blanking,mandrel step clamping and drawing,and segmented reaming.Through comprehensive analysis of the key forming methods and control difficulties of large flange step forgings,the process scheme of small step difference blank making+integral step reaming+spinning forming flange has been proposed for the first time.By controlling the upsetting and punching and adding the segmented fine reaming and dressing process,the blank size has been better guaranteed,and the rationality of the process parameters and forming process scheme has been verified.
