摘要
使用DEFORM有限元模拟软件,建立刚塑性基本模型;对不同高径比的圆柱形坯料,从等效应变和等效应变速率两个方面,对圆柱坯料镦粗过程中塑性流动的演化过程进行了研究。
On the basis of DEFORM simulation software,the rigid and plastic model have been established. From the equivalent strain and equivalent strain rate two aspects,the research of the plastic flowing evolution pro,ess in cylinder blank upsetting has been done on the blank of different height and diameter ratio.
