摘要
以AZ80镁合金轮毂的反挤压成形工艺为例,利用Deform有限元模拟软件,分别研究了不同压机速率、不同温度对AZ80镁合金反挤压高度的影响。通过对相同压机载荷下的不同反挤压高度的分析,得到了其在成形轮毂时的最佳压机速率为0.01~0.10mm/s和成形温度段380~400℃,为后期AZ80镁合金的热成形性研究提供了一定的理论依据。
The anti-extrusion forming process of AZ80 magnesium alloy wheels was taken as an example to study the influence of press rates and temperature on the anti-extrusion height of AZ80 magnesium alloy based on software Deform. The different height values of anti-extrusion at the same load were researched. When the best velocity is 0.01-0.1 mm/s and forming temperature is 380-400 ℃, the formed wheels could be obtained. The results are significant for the hot forming study of AZ80 magnesium alloy.
