摘要
混凝土桥梁随着使用年限的增加,桥梁各部位逐渐出现不同程度的病害。而裂缝作为最常见的病害,是桥梁健康监测的重要内容之一。为掌握裂缝开裂的损坏程度,预测其发展趋势,本文以某五跨预应力混凝土变截面连续箱梁桥为背景工程,对主梁裂缝和结构温度测点数据进行分析,并基于视频融合技术对裂缝突变原因进行分析。结果表明:结构处于带裂缝工作状态,监测数据总体稳定,均未超出预警值;现场重车通过会导致裂缝宽度发生突变,在后期运营中应注意长期监测,并加强重载车辆的管理。
With the increase of service life of concrete bridge,various parts of the bridge gradually appear different degrees of disease.As the most common disease,crack is one of the important contents of bridge health monitoring.In order to grasp the damage degree of crack cracking and predict its development trend,this paper takes a five-span prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge with variable section as the background project,analyzes the data of main beam cracks and structural temperature measurement points,and analyzes the causes of crack mutation based on video fusion technology.The results show that the structure is in the working state with cracks,the monitoring data are generally stable,and do not exceed the warning value.The passage of heavy vehicles on site will lead to sudden change of crack width,and long-term monitoring should be paid attention to in the later operation,and the management of heavy vehicles should be strengthened.
